If you've been looking over and over again on the Internet for resources related to interior design , you are in the right place! Here Im going to take you into a brief introduction of how this blog functions and who comes up with the idea to set it up ......
I'm a college girl who majors in foreign language&literature but also longs for further knowledge in interior design and even more, introduce this world to others who share the same interests as I do.The purpose I set this blog up is mainly about sharing some information about interior design and present it orderly, hoping to call for more attention in this field instead of modeling/fashion designing which might be already familiar to most college girls.I won't anticipate to see professionals replying but I would really appreciate if they do so!:)
Of course above anything,I'd like to know some people who enjoys exchanging latest
information of interior desiging, even if they are just frequent shoppers at IKEA! :D
Note this:All the author wants is to create a care-free environment in which you can
exchange interesting findings in interior design!
Feel free to leave me comments and furthermore,I'd like to read negative/constructive ones if they provide me some improvements in my blog.
To give out a general introduction.the blog is divided into several sections as follows:
"Furniture"--If you keep track of the latest fashion and read furniture magazines ,you must
heard of this guy Marcel Wonders who is currently leading his own style in the industry and had held many exhibitions up to now.My job here is to take notes of the classic works of designers
like Wanders and illustrate their influences on modern interior design to you guys.
"Installation Art"--To give a definition of the term "installation art" is often ambiguous.
Due to that, I will try to focus on giving out examples of it,and of course, elaborate a little bit about the artists' biography and their original motives to present such particular creations.
"Architecture"--How many masterpieces can you think of at a time when speaking of architecture? The answer is "infinite"!Ranging from pyramids in Egypt, the Eiffel Tower in Paris,
the Pentagon in Washionton D.C. to British Museum, and let's not forget the best place for touring fanatics...Dubai Hotel!
"Home to the Outstanding...... "--After a brief introduction to this designing world, don't you start to crave for further study? If not,it won't harm to see where and how these gifted artists develop their own styles and individual thinking! In this section I'm going to list out several universities/institutions which adopt organized education and mediately led to some of the most memorable artistic achievements and famous students who are viewed by the public as "masters" nowadays.
Details may be revised in the future, but I'll stick to my purpose--attracting art lovers like me!
